I abandoned the busy and stressfull life of Athens and I challenged myself 

to start a business on this wonderful island.

I began in 1999 with one goal in mind:

To provide an enjoyable dining experience

in the charming village of Kanala on Kythnos.

Thanks to my team, our passion and dedication, we’ve managed to serve dishes

that are healthy and full of imagination.

Our dishes are prepared with local products

and fresh seafood caught by myself.
